It depends on the order. Items sourced directly from manufacturers are new and in sealed boxes. Items from hospital surplus are sealed and unused.
Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Yes, we cater to hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product availability.
What is the lead time for orders?
Lead time depends on the availability and quantity of the items. For orders of 20 or more boxes sourced from our suppliers, items may arrive within 2-3 months to complete the order. Payment is made as items arrive in Manila, and they are then delivered to your facility.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve the Philippines. Please contact our sales team directly for special international inquiries.
How do I check the expiry date of the products?
Expiry dates are clearly listed in our live inventory. All products undergo strict quality checks for validity before delivery.
Do you buy surplus medical supplies?
Yes! We buy sutures (in boxes or loose packets) and other medical products. Please contact us if you have items for sale or are interested in distributorship.
